Those who live far away from the family carry some melancholy with themselves. Carolina transformed it into enthusiasm for the World Family Meeting.
Italy became a Sister Home for me, even if I am living far away from my family, and they always walk with me every day of my life and stay in my heart. This work represents the wonderful and exhausting days lived at the VII World Family Meeting 2012. Through these images I wanted to share the smile and availability of the volunteers who welcomed families from all over the World, reaching Milan to live this great event. Being a volunteer at Family 2012 meant to be the face of the Meeting. The work of the volunteers has been the festival of the others. These images tell the last day of Family 2012, the happiness of pilgrim people and the satisfaction of the volunteers who were available for the organisation.
